Induces specific normalizing effect on the motility of gastro-duodeno jejunal tract. Bromelain is a mixture of four heterologous enzymes active within a certained pH range of — 3 to 8. Pancreatin 4 NF is four times active than pancreatin and transforms starch and casein hundred times of its own weight into soluble sugars and peptones. Sodium Dehydrocholate a well known choleresis activator, emulsifies fats and favours their absorption. Simethicone exerts antifoam and absorbant action on the gases in the stomach and intestine. The outer layer of PEPZYM dissolves in the stomach, which contains metoclopramide, bromelain and simethicone, while the enteric-coated core only dissolves in the intestine, which contains pancreatin, sodium dehydrocholate and simethicone.
